Oct 27, 2011 -- Assisi, Italy - Rabbi Schneier was invited by His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI to attend Day of Reflection, Dialogue and Prayer for Peace and Justice in the World in Assisi. This gathering commemorated the 25th anniversary of the World Day of Prayer for Peace, convened by then Pope John Paul II in 1986 in Assis.
