Nov 30, 2011 -- Moscow, Russia - H.E. Archbishop Barsamian attended on behalf of ACF an international conference on "Freedom of Faith: the Problem of Discrimination and Persecution against Christians" hosted by the Russian Orthodox Church. This conference focused on drawing the world community’s attention to developing a mechanism to ensure the rights of Christians, which would allow them to confess their faith freely, to work peacefully and to educate their children in conformity with their beliefs.
